In an advisory on Monday, the Met Office says Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) models forecast sea conditions to improve further and gradually return to a state of normalcy over the next 24 hours.
Seas are currently moderate, with wave heights reaching up to 2.5 metres in open waters and near one metre in sheltered areas.
As a result, the rough seas bulletin which has been in effect for the past week, is being discontinued.
However, as a precautionary measure, small craft operators, sea bathers and all other marine interests are urged to continue to exercise caution in any sea-related activities.
The Met Office says it will continue to closely monitor sea conditions and inform the public of any weather related conditions which may adversely affect T&T.
