Hospital seeks assistance in identifying patient

The North West Regional Health Authority (NWRHA) is requesting the public’s help in identifying an unknown male patient who is currently warded at the Intensive Care Unit, Port of Spain General Hospital.

The Authority says the patient was found near Wrightson Road near the HYATT Regency Hotel and brought into the hospital by the Emergency Health Services at 1:50 am on Sunday.

The man is of East Indian or Asian Descent, around 20 to 30 years old, 56 Kgs around 5ft 5inches, brown skinned with brown eyes and black hair. He also has large scar on left forearm and a small scar on the left side of his chest

The NWRHA is asking anyone with information leading to the man’s identification to contact the Intensive Care Unit, Port of Spain General Hospital at 285-8989 Extension 2600.
